                                    Multiple Factions

Blacks will never gain Power, because They make moves separately . Instead of moving as a “body”, They move as a Tribe. Tribes are easier to subdue than a Unified Nation ( America was created using the ‘divide and conquer ‘ technique. They saw the warring Tribes, cane in between, and destroyed Them all.)

The problem with Our People , is, They can’t see Themselves in Power . We don’t have enough confidence in Ourselves to run a System. We don’t believe that We can operate a Governmental Structure effectively .

After all of these centuries, We still have a Tribal mindset . If You can break People into Tribes, You can defeat Them. Think about the Globe- can You go into China ,infiltrate and change Their System? What about India? What about Europe? Israel? Arabia? The answer is NO. Those People are loyal to Their Code ,Culture and Governmental Structure .

Now look at Africa- tribal. Do You wonder why it is so easy for all of those other Nations to infiltrate and drain the Resources in Africa? Because of  “ in-fighting “. We have a “that’s Them not Us” mentality. We can’t seem to understand that We are all connected . We don’t view Ourselves as a Collective, We believe that We are separate - but in reality We are all connected.

At a time that We should be Unifying , We still are thinking ‘Tribal’. We still have Bloods and Crips. GDs and ViceLords. We still haven’t evolved.

When I hear people ask for equality, I just laugh. It can’t be two leaders in a house, one has to dominate and one has to submit. Blacks in this System have a Parent child relationship with Whites. They always ask for ‘permission’ to do things. They asked for permission to eat in Their kitchens, to use Their buses , to live in Their neighborhoods, They ask White People to stop killing Them, They ask for jobs, and on and on and on.

There is no such thing as equality in this current System, only those that dominate , and those that submit. In order for Blacks to be dominant, They have to eliminate the “Tribal” mindset and organize the Nation like a Corporation .

Imagine the teenagers of Today raising Children. 

The Black Race will be 3rd Class Citizens, that will eventually fade away .

What if the Correctional Institution make EVERYthing a Felony, hit the Offenders with multiple years, then tell the Offenders that they can be released if They get sterilized? 

The Plan from the beginning was to exterminate the Black Race, to stop Them from procreating (Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger ).

If We don’t Unify, rebuild Our Nation, it’s OVER!!.

Prison Reform

                    Prison ReForm:

I have a few ideas for Prison Reform

1. Stiff infractions for rape, robbery, bullying.

2. Stiff (swift) Punishment for any Corrections Officer that may be involved in criminal activity while on duty.

3.Top level Offenders should be separated from low- mid level nonviolent Offenders.
(Top Level= Murderers, Strong Arm robbers, rapist . Mid/low Level = petty thefts, traffic offences, child support).

4. After 7-10 years a nonviolent Felony needs to drop down to a Misdemeanor ( for non habitual Offenders).

5.Meditation facilities, Yoga studios need to be placed inside the Correctional Facility.
You can't treat people like animals, and expect them to be civilized upon release. The ' reconditioning ' of the mind and body , will train the person to react differently in certain situations.

6. Agricultural/Fishfarm Programs. Let inmates grow and care for their own food. This will cut down the cost of food that gets brought inside the Gates. Not to mention , it will give Inmates a skill, and give them a sense of purpose & a feeling of self worth . The therapeutic effect is just a bonus..

Hopefully a Senator, or Congressman, will read this and put It in motion. If not, it's up to You- the Grassroots Orgs have the Power to make a mighty Nation..

When U say ' let's gather Our People together and fight 4 Our Rights. Let's fight 2 preserve Our Lives.." Dey say Gay lives Matter,  Imigrant Lives Matter, Midgets Lives Matter, Turtle Lives Matter.. Itz all a deflection because We are really Cowards. 

We have to basically be SCARED into action. So 5 million would put Our back against a Wall bro.

 When Hip-Hop ( Higher Infinite Power- Healing Our People *Professor Griff ) first started, it was created to give a "Voice" to the Voiceless. It was created to shed light on the ill-treatment of the Residents inside the Inner City. 

 Rap ( Rhythm And Poetry ), told the stories of those times. It was Our CNN. The Rappers were Our Spokesmen. The Music was Our Government and the Rappers were Our Politicians. Whoever was the coldest at expressing Their Ideologies to a rhythm, was The Crowned Ruler of " Nigga Kingdom ".

 Fast forward to now- the Kingdom is weak, and ripe for a takeover by other Racial Groups. Yes I've tied in Race, because that's what it comes down to. 

 Black Americans have a unique existence, that can't be duplicated ANYwhere in the World. That unique existence, allows Us to come up with creative ways of coping.

 Sharing Our Gifts and Culture is not a problem,the PROBLEM is, other Groups learn Our style, steal It, and try to write Us out of History- as if We never created shit. (We created Rock n Roll- who is the "king" of Rock n Roll? Elvis. Soul Food- who is the Queen of Soul Food?Paula Dean. Rap- who are they sayin is the king of Rap? M. )

 This might seem small now, but in 100 years, when Latinos and Europeans have a "say", those pics of Tupac will get lighter and lighter- he will look like Julio Chavez when it's all done. 

 If You are Rapping for the Charts, You are lost. If You are Rapping a life that You don't live, You'll lose. The only reason other Groups can infiltrate, is because We've strayed away from Our Real Life Experiences. Get back to the Grassroots Spoken Word, or this shit is OVER.

 With all of things that are plaguing Us right now, all You can talk about is the Party? I mean, do that also, but 10 out of 11 songs is a Party? Not realistic.

 Year after year Our Communities have suffered. As I drive through Milwaukee's Urban areas ,I can't help but notice that the streets are starting to look like a 3rd World Country. I know that You have noticed this also.

 The reason behind this is simple - other Ethnic Groups come into the Inner City, siphon out the Resources, and build up Their Communities.There is nothing wrong with this, it's called Capitalism. 

 Do You know that Blacks have an ANNUAL disposable income of 1 TRILLION dollars? (Yes Trill- like Bun B says it ).

 The Goal should be to control Our Own Money- that would be Revolutionary. Imagine if We took control Our Economy, take 10% and invest it in Our Schools, Water System, Food, Shelter, etc.. Their is nothing wrong with Black Nationalism (although I hate the Word "Black" because it is synonymous to Darkness- as in the darkness of the mind.. another Subject ). 

 If We control Our Economy, that would be a TRUE revolution. Marching, singing, fighting Police, and Protesting WON'T work. We are in the 11th hour, it's too late in the day to still believe in those things.

 We are a great People, but resources is the 1 thing that We lack as a Collective.. Once We get a solid game plan, and the right leadership, We will be unstoppable.

Although, I believe that You can "Cheat" someone out of Their TIME, and that's the unforgivable Sin. You can find a new Partner, You can get money again, but You will never get back that most precious Investment - Time..

Black Americans are the TRUE Patriots 

 Blacks are the only Race of People that accept all other Races. Blacks were the only Ones fighting for the Rights of ALL of the People.

 Blacks have fought in EVERY War- and still were treated like 2nd Class Citizens. Black Americans fought against Native Americans and got left out of the Treaty of 1866- Blacks fought in the Mexican/American War .. Blacks fought in World War 1-2( and had to sleep and eat in separate areas). Blacks fought against Japan, Middle East etc.  All of the "Immigrants " that NOW get better treatment than the TRUE U S citizens (Black People) 

 When Blacks tried to separate Their towns were burned to the ground (Tulsa Oklahoma 1921). Black People really believed that ALL men are created equal( even when They were considered 3/5 man). Black People possess the Spirit of the God that every other ( Christian )Race in America "claim" to possess 🤷🏾‍♂️. When Black people Marched for Civil Rights, they prayed while other Races spit on them, hit them , sicked dogs on them, sprayed them with water hoses- and they STILL remained true to America- and God. 

No other Race is as Patriotic as the Black Race. Blacks are the  example of what an American should be. 

Are you upset about Blacks not " standing " for the Anthem? Blacks should be upset because so-called " Americans" won't even stand with Us in Our time of need.

The Dred Scott Case is still in effect. It was recently Cited in a Courtroom ( yes in 2016 ).. The 'long-short' - Black People have no Rights that White People are bound to respect. 

Don't forget that you are considered 3/5th man.

Look around and see that We as a Nation are the bottom of all key areas- Economic , Social , Political.

We are the Workforce. They made Laws specifically for Us. Study the 13th Amendment.." You are free UNTIL You commit a Crime." Then they proceeded to make everything a Crime. Staying out too late, drinking out of the wrong bubbler,etc.

You were/are the Labor force. Blacks went from being Slaves, to being Inmates. From free labor to cheap labor. 

It's all by design. Since We are Prisoners of War, they can do what They want with Us. That's why We are subjugated. We get put in areas that are deprived of resources and told to survive.. The catch is- everything We have to do to survive has a penalty attached to it.

For the last 500 years ( more if you know African history - read The Destruction of Black Civilization ) we've been - NOT one Nation with Liberty and Justice- but a Nation under subjugation..

Bitter Old Females

She's So Bitter:

The only thing worse than a bitter female is an OLD bitter female.. They are mad at everything for no reason. They gossip, they are MESSY, they are to be avoided. If you are 50 +, and you still exhibit childish behavior, you are a lost cause.

My advice would be to stay away from Bitter Females ( young and old) they will only drag you into their Mess. I guess when life doesn't turn out like you imagined, you become Bitter. Married 30 years, but husband has been cheatin' for 31 of those years.  You've gained 60 pounds, menopause, so I guess you have to talk about everybody else because YOU are not happy. Misery loves company.. Its even worse when you have to work with One and they get to showing out for Massa.I kind of understand.. But as an elder you are SUPPOSED to be an example..

I'm disappointed in the Elders.. Terrible example of how We should conduct Ourselves. I'm going to expose You and get You ostrasized. The bad have to be weeded out before We as a People can move forward.

 Things in Milwaukee, Wisconsin have always been tense between the Races.

 Milwaukee ranks # 1 as one of the most Segregated Cities in America. The Inner City Educational System is a joke. The Unemployment rate among Blacks is nearly 20%. 

 In the 60's ,The African American Community rioted over Fair Housing . Almost 50 years later They rioted over Police Brutality, and bad service/treatment within the Community by business owners.

 It all stems from Economic deprevation. The solution hasn't been given yet.. We need answers or it will only get worse..

 For far too many years We have been Dependents.   We started out in this Country depending on Our Slave Masters, We went from that to depending on the System to employ Us ( The Unions ). We moved from that to depending on the Government (Welfare) to feed Us.

  Right now We as a People are growing from a 'Dependent' Stage , to an Independent Stage. We are getting more Conscious and aware. We are learning to take responsibility for all of Our actions. We are understanding that every action has a reaction ( some call it Karma ). We are trying to make the transition from being Purchasers to Sellers. We are going from being fed information, and blindly accepting it , to being Critical Thinkers.

 Some of Us are mastering, or have mastered the Independent Stage. We live in Our own homes , have a business, etc. We are accepting no more handouts.

 People in this category are ready to Nation Build. They are slowly coming to the realization that They can't Build alone. What's the use in having 10 millionaires, and the rest of the Community is way below the poverty line?

 Interdependence , is the FINAL Stage. At this Stage You realize that it truly does take a village to build a Nation. You realize 2 truths: 1.) We are not each others Enemy. 2.) We need each other.

 One hand washes thee other. We may have separate thoughts and needs, but We have to move in the same direction to raise up the Black Nation. It's time to get on Code or become a PERMANENT Under Class.

 If you have been in the streets since you were 9, but you are 35 now and STILL haven't come up yet - you just might be Treadmill Hustling.. If your are working a gig for 40 to 50 hours a week just to pay Bills ? That's Tredmill Hustling..

 If you set a daily quota ( let's say $100 a day ), but you never hit your goal.. you might be Treadmill Hustling.

 If you wake up before 8 a.m., hit the block, and you barely have enough cash to buy a gyro ?
You are making a lot of moves with little or no results..

  The solution is simple.. Go work a regular gig, or find a person that can put ypu under their wing until you can stand on your own 2 feet.

 Next, take your cash and find something to invest in.

 Lastly, build your Empire.

 It's time for Nation Building, if you have been moving that same half pound of weed since '95- man it's time to switch it up...

 Don't run in circles, do NOT hustle backwards.. Let's stop wasting time and get some REAL power..
