Code of Conduct: standards to deter wrongdoing and promote ethical behavior in the Nation. The Code defines how Our Nation should act on the daily.

Rules/Regulations: The nation requires all Members/Citizens to comply with all laws,rules, and regulations.

Nation Interests: All members/Citizens must act in the best interests of the Nation.

Honest Fair Dealing: All members shall deal honestly and fair in all situations. If there is a dispute that can’t be resolved, a Counselor ( Block/ neighborhood director ) will be notified to give a Judgment . If the Judgment is contested, the Matter will be brought in front of a Council Body ( 5 neighborhood Leaders ).[ the numbers should always be uneven in case of a tie- 2 yays against 2 nays.. 1 man will break the tie in a case of wrongdoing ] .. Lastly if an agreement isn’t reached, the dispute will go to the High Counselors (3) shall hold this position at a time.

Upstanding Citizen: loud talk, unprovoked aggression, is prohibited in this Nation. Protect yourself if necessary, but never be the aggressor. 

If a member of the nation is acting ‘ out of pocket ’ , pull them to the side and let Them know that They are ‘out of bounds’..

No Member shall attack another Member in public- physically or verbally. Any problems need to get handled privately. What goes on in the Nation, Stays in the Nation..

All Members must obey the ‘ Hands off ‘ Policy. ( meaning- no Member [ Men ] shall pursue another Members Woman or Man [ Women ] ).

This is just a start. Let’s add and take away as We see fit. There are no wrong answers- it’s all about evolution- elevation..

 The Speed Traps make sense, because unpaid tickets means suspended license , get caught driving on a suspended license- get your car towed. Get your car towed, you lose your job. Lose your job- well you get the point.

 Speed Traps aren't meant to stop accidents, they are put in place to raise funds for the Police Department.

The 3 Mental levels of the 'so-called' Black Race

Level 1 : The Nigga Race

These are the mentally dead, the trash of the Race. These People don't care about Their community, family, or future. They are divisive, homicidal low life's. They destroy everything in Their path. They seek out and start drama. They are the trash of the Race.

Level 2 : The Black Race

These are the People that are in the Dark mentally. The color 'Black' , is the darkest color on the color spectrum. Being in the 'dark' mentally , means You have no knowledge of Self, and You can be lead in any direction. You can be gainfully employed and still be in the Black.(Because someone is controlling if You are employed or not. If They can feed You, They can starve You.) You can be educated and still be in the Black. ( Because You are just a Parrot, repeating things that You have studied over and over again. You are trained to believe whatever You are told and taught. ) They are afraid to think outside of the box. They won't believe anything ( even if it makes perfect sense ) unless the Dominate Society says it first, or co-signs it. The Blacks are usually SMART, but not INTELLIGENT. They are Revolutionary ( picture a circle ) Thinkers. They do the same things over and over but expect different results.

 Level 3 : The Bronze/Copper Race

The Bronze Race are the Intellectuals that come out of the Black Race. They have a 'Rulership' mentality. They form decisions based off of logic, not emotion. They value Community and Family. They are creative and pragmatic. They have risen out of the  mental darkness which plagues The Blacks and The Niggas. They set up Goals and knock Them down. They are the Linear, progressive Thinkers.

All of My years I've been fighting the WRONG fight. I was pushing The Growth of Us as a 'Collective', to people that still believe in Tribalism. 

Being in seperate Tribes is how We continue to be defeated. -Divide and Conquer- that's basic knowledge. Yet We still have Bloods and Crips, We still have Gds and Vice Lords. We still have division amongst Ourselves in this time of War. They don't give a fxck what Tribe You belong to- You are Black 1st.

We are in bad shape. We are still acting like Tribal savages instead of World Rulers.

I have to reevaluate My strategy. I can't fight harder for People than They are willing to fight for Themselves. I can't believe in a Person more than they believe in Themselves. It's too draining .

I'm not bowing out, I just need to regroup, and restrategize . 

The Tribal Mindset

Blacks will never gain Power, because They make moves separately . Instead of moving as a “body”, They move as a Tribe. Tribes are easier to subdue than a Unified Nation ( America was created using the ‘divide and conquer ‘ technique. They saw the warring Tribes, cane in between, and destroyed Them all.)

The problem with Our People , is, They can’t see Themselves in Power . We don’t have enough confidence in Ourselves to run a System. We don’t believe that We can operate a Governmental Structure effectively .

After all of these centuries, We still have a Tribal mindset . If You can break People into Tribes, You can defeat Them. Think about the Globe- can You go into China ,infiltrate and change Their System? What about India? What about Europe? Israel? Arabia? The answer is NO. Those People are loyal to Their Code ,Culture and Governmental Structure .

Now look at Africa- tribal. Do You wonder why it is so easy for all of those other Nations to infiltrate and drain the Resources in Africa? Because of  “ in-fighting “. We have a “that’s Them not Us” mentality. We can’t seem to understand that We are all connected . We don’t view Ourselves as a Collective, We believe that We are separate - but in reality We are all connected.

At a time that We should be Unifying , We still are thinking ‘Tribal’. We still have Bloods and Crips. GDs and ViceLords. We still haven’t evolved.

When I hear people ask for equality, I just laugh. It can’t be two leaders in a house, one has to dominate and one has to submit. Blacks in this System have a Parent child relationship with Whites. They always ask for ‘permission’ to do things. They asked for permission to eat in Their kitchens, to use Their buses , to live in Their neighborhoods, They ask White People to stop killing Them, They ask for jobs, and on and on and on.

There is no such thing as equality in this current System, only those that dominate , and those that submit. In order for Blacks to be dominant, They have to eliminate the “Tribal” mindset and organize the Nation like a Corporation .

Imagine the teenagers of Today raising Children. 

The Black Race will be 3rd Class Citizens, that will eventually fade away .

They will fade away due to the poisonous foods, inability to provide for themselves ( from having no Skills ) or from the Eugenics Program

What if the Correctional Institution make EVERYthing a Felony, hit the Offenders with multiple years, then tell the Offenders that they can be released if They get sterilized? 

The Plan from the beginning was to exterminate the Black Race, to stop Them from procreating (Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger ).

If We don’t Unify, rebuild Our Nation, it’s OVER!!. 

Let’s stop worrying about what everybody else is doing and focus on Us.The only People that can defeat Us IS Us..

Prison Reform

                    Prison ReForm:

I have a few ideas for Prison Reform

1. Stiff infractions for rape, robbery, bullying.

2. Stiff (swift) Punishment for any Corrections Officer that may be involved in criminal activity while on duty.

3.Top level Offenders should be separated from low- mid level nonviolent Offenders.
(Top Level= Murderers, Strong Arm robbers, rapist . Mid/low Level = petty thefts, traffic offences, child support).

4. After 7-10 years a nonviolent Felony needs to drop down to a Misdemeanor ( for non habitual Offenders).

5.Meditation facilities, Yoga studios need to be placed inside the Correctional Facility.
You can't treat people like animals, and expect them to be civilized upon release. The ' reconditioning ' of the mind and body , will train the person to react differently in certain situations.

6. Agricultural/Fishfarm Programs. Let inmates grow and care for their own food. This will cut down the cost of food that gets brought inside the Gates. Not to mention , it will give Inmates a skill, and give them a sense of purpose & a feeling of self worth . The therapeutic effect is just a bonus..

Hopefully a Senator, or Congressman, will read this and put It in motion. If not, it's up to You- the Grassroots Orgs have the Power to make a mighty Nation..

Black People (and African) are Cowards. They try and turn Their heads and act like They don't see what's happening until It CAN'T be avoided. 

They party- 2 ignore It. They drink- 2 ignore It. They smoke- 2 ignore It. They shop- 2 ignore It. They go to church- 2 ignore It. They turn submissive- 2 ignore It. They say shit like " what about Black on Black crime " when We address the countless modern day Lynchings going on On America soil. 

When U say ' let's gather Our People together and fight 4 Our Rights. Let's fight 2 preserve Our Lives.." Dey say Gay lives Matter,  Imigrant Lives Matter, Midgets Lives Matter, Turtle Lives Matter.. Itz all a deflection because We are really Cowards. 

We have to basically be SCARED into action. So 5 million would put Our back against a Wall bro.

 So the new Agenda should be- 1)Pinpoint Our specific needs, 2)find a Candidate that will cater to those specific needs, 3)Put some Money behind “said” Candidate, 4) Hold the Candidate responsible..

 It doesn’t matter what Political party a Candidate is apart of, as long as He/She is bringing Resources and Opportunities to Our Community .

 When Hip-Hop ( Higher Infinite Power- Healing Our People *Professor Griff ) first started, it was created to give a "Voice" to the Voiceless. It was created to shed light on the ill-treatment of the Residents inside the Inner City. 

 Rap ( Rhythm And Poetry ), told the stories of those times. It was Our CNN. The Rappers were Our Spokesmen. The Music was Our Government and the Rappers were Our Politicians. Whoever was the coldest at expressing Their Ideologies to a rhythm, was The Crowned Ruler of " Nigga Kingdom ".

 Fast forward to now- the Kingdom is weak, and ripe for a takeover by other Racial Groups. Yes I've tied in Race, because that's what it comes down to. 

 Black Americans have a unique existence, that can't be duplicated ANYwhere in the World. That unique existence, allows Us to come up with creative ways of coping.

 Sharing Our Gifts and Culture is not a problem,the PROBLEM is, other Groups learn Our style, steal It, and try to write Us out of History- as if We never created shit. (We created Rock n Roll- who is the "king" of Rock n Roll? Elvis. Soul Food- who is the Queen of Soul Food?Paula Dean. Rap- who are they sayin is the king of Rap? M. )

 This might seem small now, but in 100 years, when Latinos and Europeans have a "say", those pics of Tupac will get lighter and lighter- he will look like Julio Chavez when it's all done. 

 If You are Rapping for the Charts, You are lost. If You are Rapping a life that You don't live, You'll lose. The only reason other Groups can infiltrate, is because We've strayed away from Our Real Life Experiences. Get back to the Grassroots Spoken Word, or this shit is OVER.

 With all of things that are plaguing Us right now, all You can talk about is the Party? I mean, do that also, but 10 out of 11 songs is a Party? Not realistic. 

Be the Voice, be the Change Maker, be the ReBel, talk about real issues, shift Minds, NEVER compromise Your Position.

 Year after year Our Communities have suffered. As I drive through Milwaukee's Urban areas ,I can't help but notice that the streets are starting to look like a 3rd World Country. I know that You have noticed this also.

 The reason behind this is simple - other Ethnic Groups come into the Inner City, siphon out the Resources, and build up Their Communities.There is nothing wrong with this, it's called Capitalism. 

 Do You know that Blacks have an ANNUAL disposable income of 1 TRILLION dollars? (Yes Trill- like Bun B says it ).

 The Goal should be to control Our Own Money- that would be Revolutionary. Imagine if We took control Our Economy, take 10% and invest it in Our Schools, Water System, Food, Shelter, etc.. Their is nothing wrong with Black Nationalism (although I hate the Word "Black" because it is synonymous to Darkness- as in the darkness of the mind.. another Subject ). 

 If We control Our Economy, that would be a TRUE revolution. Marching, singing, fighting Police, and Protesting WON'T work. We are in the 11th hour, it's too late in the day to still believe in those things.

 We are a great People, but resources is the 1 thing that We lack as a Collective.. Once We get a solid game plan, and the right leadership, We will be unstoppable.

 What do YOU consider cheating? Some people believe having SEX with another person is cheating. Some believe spending TIME with someone is cheating. Some people believe "LIKING" pics on the 'Gram' , or FaceBook, is a form of cheating. Some even believe that THINKING about another person too long is a form of cheating.

 I believe that unless You are married or in a SERIOUS relationship ( meaning that you have Assets together ) , You can't be a Cheater.. Y'all just fxcking around.. Although, I believe that You can "Cheat" someone out of Their TIME, and that's the unforgivable Sin. You can find a new Partner, You can get money again, but You will never get back that most precious Investment - Time..
